1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phlucky platform, accessible at phlucky.app and any associated mobile applications or services. By completing the registration process and creating a phlucky account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phlucky's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

phlucky reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use the phlucky platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phlucky, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phlucky platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

phlucky takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 21 or older will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.

3. Account Registration

To access phlucky's gaming services, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active phlucky account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phlucky uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlucky account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phlucky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phlucky immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phlucky is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phlucky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phlucky account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phlucky does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been fulfilled.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phlucky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• phlucky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

7. Prohibited Conduct

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlucky, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

phlucky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

phlucky collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phlucky, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phlucky implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phlucky cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

phlucky will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing data with payment processors or regulatory authorities).

12. Account Suspension and Termination

phlucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phlucky operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the phlucky platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

14. Amendments to These Terms
